Dead Pixel Policy – Bright or Dead Pixels
Warranty Limit: Dead or bright pixels are a natural part of panel manufacturing technology limitations. Warranty coverage (repair/replacement) is only triggered if 4 or more dead or bright pixels are present.
Inspection Standards: Verification must be done by the naked eye from a standard viewing distance (50cm – 60cm). The use of magnification lenses, microscopes, or high-resolution cameras for inspection is strictly not accepted.
